The main grain crop in Vietnam is rice, while other important crops include corn, cassava, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. This enterprise is a long-time customer of our company. In order to expand its scale and improve production efficiency, it has newly installed mixing fertilizer equipment.

Bulk Blended Fertilizer Equipment/BB Fertilizer Blender is a specialized set of equipment used to physically mix nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium base fertilizers and trace element particles according to the formula to produce blended fertilizers (BB fertilizers). The core is to achieve high-precision uniform mixing without chemical reactions, avoiding segregation and particle breakage.

Core Composition and Process
The core modules and processes of a complete production line are as follows:
Raw material storage and measurement: raw material warehouse, elevator, high-precision batching scale (ensuring formula accuracy);
Hybrid host: a core device that achieves convection, diffusion, and shear mixing through mechanical motion;
Finished product processing and packaging: finished product warehouse, conveyor, automatic quantitative packaging scale, sewing machine;
Auxiliary systems: dust removal, anti segregation, electrical control (PLC), online detection (uniformity, particle size).

Key technical points
Uniformity control: target CV value ≤ 5% (high-end products ≤ 3%), achieved through reasonable mixing time and blade structure;
Anti segregation design: For materials with large density differences, multi-layer composite blades and adjustable speed are used to avoid layering during transportation and storage;
Low crushing rate: Control the mixing speed (usually 20-40 rpm), use flexible blades to protect the slow-release fertilizer coating;
Automation and traceability: PLC controls the batching and mixing time, combined with barcode/RFID to achieve batch traceability, ensuring product stability.
Selection Recommendation
By product positioning: High end special fertilizer selection double spiral cone mixer; Choose a horizontal spiral belt or double axis blade mixer for bulk fertilizers; Organic inorganic mixed fertilizer selection drum mixer;
According to production capacity scale: choose horizontal screw belts for small (≤ 5 tons/hour); Medium sized (5-20 tons/hour) with dual axis propeller blades; Large scale (≥ 20 tons/hour) drum type or multi machine parallel connection;
Special requirement: For raw materials containing lumps, a vertical crushing and mixing machine is required; Frequent switching of multiple formulas prioritizes the use of dual axis propeller blades or double helix cone mixers with minimal residue.
Application scenarios
Widely used in the production of specialized fertilizers for field crops, economic crops, and fruit and vegetable cultivation, the formula can be flexibly adjusted according to soil testing results to meet the needs of precision agriculture and adapt to large-scale factories and small and medium-sized production lines.
