- Working Principle: The core of the fertilizer coating machine is usually a horizontally or obliquely installed rotating cylinder. Driven by a motor, the cylinder rotates slowly, driving the fertilizer particles inside to roll continuously. The coating liquid or powder is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the rolling fertilizer particles through a nozzle or spraying device. With the friction and rolling of the particles, the coating material gradually covers the surface of the particles. Some equipment is also equipped with a hot air system to accelerate the drying or curing of the coating material and form a stable coating.
