Install and debug the mixing tank for fertilizer coating machine for Vietnamese users. The customer has been engaged in fertilizer production and has been cooperating with our company for many years. This time, to improve production efficiency, we installed the mixing tank for fertilizer coating machine.

The mixing tank used in the coating machine mainly plays a role in uniformly mixing materials and coating agents, and is a key component for achieving anti caking treatment of fertilizers.
The specific functions are as follows:
-Mixing and dispersion: Mix the fertilizer particles from the screw conveyor thoroughly and evenly with the liquid coating agent (or powder coating agent) transported by the oil pump, ensuring that the coating agent can evenly cover the surface of each fertilizer particle.
-Promote coating reaction: By stirring, the coating agent is fully in contact with the fertilizer particles, improving coating efficiency and adhesion, thereby effectively preventing fertilizer from clumping during storage and transportation.
-Maintain material fluidity: During the mixing process, avoid material sedimentation or formation of dead corners in the tank, keep the material in a suspended or flowing state, and provide uniform feeding for subsequent entry into the main machine for rotating coating.
According to relevant information, both the organic fertilizer coating machine and the rotary coating machine use a stirring tank as one of the core components, and their interiors often use corrosion-resistant materials (such as polypropylene lining or acid resistant stainless steel) to adapt to different properties of coating agents.
In the coating machine, the mixing tank is one of the core components, mainly used for uniform coating treatment of fertilizer particles to prevent clumping and improve fertilizer efficiency.
The specific uses are as follows:
-Uniform mixing and wrapping: In the mixing tank, fertilizer particles come into full contact and roll with the liquid coating agent (such as oil, resin, etc.) applied by the spray system or the powder coating agent (such as talcum powder, clay, etc.) applied by the pulverizer during the rotation process, so that the coating agent evenly covers the surface of each particle, forming a dense protective film.
-Preventing clumping and moisture absorption: This protective film can effectively isolate fertilizer particles from contact with moisture in the air, suppress salt bridging and moisture absorption deliquescence, thereby significantly reducing the risk of clumping during storage and transportation.
-Improving product quality: The coating process can also improve the surface brightness of fertilizer particles and add trace elements as needed to enhance fertilizer efficiency and prolong nutrient release time.
-Compatible with multiple processes: The structure of the mixing tank is usually made of corrosion-resistant materials (such as polypropylene lining or acid resistant stainless steel), which can be compatible with dry powder powder spraying, liquid spraying or composite processes, and is suitable for various granular materials such as organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, etc.
The mixing tank, as a key component of the coating machine (usually composed of a screw conveyor, mixing tank, oil pump, main engine, etc.), has a direct impact on the coating efficiency and finished product quality due to its design.
