Our company installed blade crushers on site for Indonesian customers who have been engaged in organic fertilizer production for many years. In order to improve production efficiency, we have newly installed blade crushers.

Blade crusher is a device that uses high-speed motors to drive blades for material crushing, suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, fertilizers, etc.

Working principle and structure

The blade crusher drives the horizontally installed blades to rotate at high speed (up to 22000 revolutions per minute) through an upright motor, and performs impact and shear crushing on materials. Its core structure includes:

Stainless steel crushing chamber: adopting a screw closure design to ensure no dust leakage and comply with GMP standards. ‌‌
Symmetrical wear-resistant blade: made of high hardness alloy (such as 65Mn spring steel), with a hardness of HRC52-55 degrees after heat treatment, supporting repeated impact crushing. ‌
Maze sealing device: Double layer rubber sealing ring prevents dust from entering the bearing and extends the service life of the equipment. ‌‌
