The client has been in the fertilizer industry for many years and has cooperated with our company multiple times, exploring and experimenting with new technologies for organic fertilizer production, and investing in new equipment to provide technical support for the company’s development. This time, in order to improve production efficiency, new water washing and dust removal equipment has been installed

Water-washing dust removal equipment (wet dust collectors) are widely used in dust control scenarios across multiple industries, particularly in complex working conditions involving high temperatures, flammable and explosive gases, corrosive gases, and viscous dust. This is due to their core advantages, such as explosion-proofing, high temperature resistance, the ability to simultaneously treat dust and corrosive gaseous pollutants, and the absence of secondary dust emission. The following are specific application scenarios and descriptions:
1. Application scenarios in key industries
Metallurgy / Foundry Industry
Typical operating conditions: dust removal of blast furnace flue gas, dust control of electric furnaces, sand treatment of castings, purification of high-temperature flue gas from metal smelting
Adaptation reason: It can directly handle high-temperature gas at 300-500℃, combining dust removal and cooling functions; the aqueous medium prevents electrostatic accumulation and can safely handle flammable and explosive materials such as aluminum and magnesium alloy dust; it can also simultaneously remove sulfides and nitrogen oxides from flue gas.
Recommended equipment type: combination of Venturi dust collector and water film dust collector, or impact dust collector
Chemical / Pharmaceutical Industry

Flammable and explosive dust conditions
In processes such as the processing of aluminum powder, magnesium powder, coal powder, and flour, water serves as an insulating medium that can conduct away static electricity, effectively eliminating dust explosions at their source. It is the preferred dust removal solution for such scenarios.
High-temperature gas pretreatment condition
For high-temperature flue gases from processes such as smelting, forging, and boiler operations, there is no need to install additional cooling devices. Water washing and dust removal can not only capture the dust but also reduce the gas temperature to a suitable range, facilitating subsequent advanced treatment.
Working conditions involving corrosive gases
For processes such as chemical acid-base production and electroplating acid pickling exhaust gas, the use of water washing equipment made of corrosion-resistant materials can simultaneously remove dust and acidic/alkaline gaseous pollutants, achieving “multi-purpose functionality in one machine”.
