Working Principle

  1. Atomization Process: Molten liquid or slurry enters the atomizing nozzle under the action of a high-pressure pump and is atomized into fine droplets. For example, the pressure atomizer ejects the slurry from the nozzle through a high-pressure pump to form a conical spray field.
  2. Granulation Process: The atomized droplets come into contact with fine particle nuclei in the rotating cylinder, and the droplets adhere to the surface of the nuclei. As the cylinder rotates, the lifting plates continuously lift the materials at the lower part of the cylinder to the upper part and drop them to form a continuous material curtain.   3.
