FAQ

(1) Too coarse: The gap at the discharge port of the crusher is too large; the crushing walls / die walls (for cone crushers), the moving jaw / fixed jaw (for jaw crushers) are severely worn and unable to effectively crush; (2) Too fine: The gap at the discharge port is too small; the hardness of the materials is lower than the designed value, resulting in excessive crushing; (3) The rotational speed of the crusher is too high (such as the impeller speed of the impact crusher is too fast).
