Combustible waste incineration production line

A combustible waste incineration production line refers to an industrial facility that integrates systematic process equipment and technical procedures to efficiently incinerate combustible waste, while achieving the goals of reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization.

Description

The combustible waste incineration production line is an integrated waste treatment system composed of continuous process equipment such as “pre-treatment – incineration – pollutant control – resource recovery”, an automatic control system and supporting facilities. It is designed for municipal solid waste and industrial combustible solid waste (such as plastic waste, wood residues, etc.) with a certain combustible component (such as calorific value ≥ 3350 kJ/kg), which needs to be reduced and resourceized through pyrolysis incineration. The core goal is to achieve harmless disposal of waste through incineration technology while meeting environmental protection standards, and simultaneously recover thermal energy to convert it into electricity or heat. This production line is essentially an integrated application of “environmental protection technology + energy recovery technology”, and is usually suitable for cities or industrial parks with large waste generation and tight land resources. It is one of the mainstream technical paths for the “harmless, reduction and resourceization” disposal of waste at present. The production line mainly consists of a waste pre-treatment system, incinerator, waste heat utilization device, flue gas purification system, ash and slag treatment system, and automatic control system, etc.

Characteristics of the combustible waste incineration production line:
High processing efficiency, good environmental performance, high resource utilization rate, high degree of automation, strong adaptability, significant volume reduction effect, stable and reliable operation, and convenient management.

Faqs

(1) When the equipment is running, if it emits a shrill or irregular noise, it is mostly due to the presence of hard foreign objects such as metal or stones in the feed, causing the cutting tools or components in the crushing chamber to collide. (2) It could also be caused by worn or loose bearings, or abnormal meshing clearance of the transmission gears.
The parallelism deviation of the conveyor belt rollers, improper tension adjustment, or the entanglement of winding debris (such as plastic bags and ropes) on the rollers can cause the conveyor belt to deviate, and in severe cases, even tear the conveyor belt; wear of the rollers' bearings will result in the conveyor belt getting stuck.
