Powder fertilizer production line

Powdered fertilizer granules are a type of fertilizer with a powder-like physical form, specifically designed for use in water and fertilizer integration. It is a fast-acting fertilizer suitable for various planting scenarios such as greenhouse vegetables, fruit trees, and field crops.

Description

The powder fertilizer mixing production line is a complete set of equipment system specifically designed for large-scale production of powdered water-soluble fertilizers. Through the processing of various fertilizer raw materials (such as single-nutrient fertilizers of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, trace element fertilizers, humic acid, amino acids, etc.) in a preset process sequence, a continuous production system is formed that meets the requirements of agricultural irrigation (such as drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and drenching) and produces powdered fertilizer products that are consistent with agricultural irrigation. The core value of this production line lies in: replacing traditional manual operations with “continuous, automated, and standardized” methods, which not only improves the production efficiency of powdered fertilizer (the daily output of a single production line can reach 5-50 tons), but also ensures the uniformity of nutrient content and water solubility of the products through precise control, meeting the demands of modern agriculture for “efficient fertilization and precise supply”, and serving as the core production carrier connecting fertilizer raw materials and end agricultural applications. This production line consists of an automatic batching system, a mixing system, a crushing system, and a packaging system, etc.

Characteristics of the powder fertilizer mixing production line
High automation level; precise and controllable batching; high uniformity of mixing and controllable fineness; flexible production suitable for multiple formulas; excellent environmental protection and safety performance; efficient continuous production with adjustable capacity; intelligent control for easy operation; modular design for easy maintenance

Faqs

(1) The solid raw materials (such as urea, potassium dihydrogen phosphate) were added too quickly without sufficient contact with the solvent (water); (2) The solvent temperature was too low (below 15℃), which reduced the solubility of the raw materials; (3) The particle size of the raw materials was too large, resulting in a slow dissolution rate.
(1) Weighing error during manual feeding (more than ±2%); (2) Sensor failure in the automatic feeding system, resulting in inaccurate measurement; (3) Density fluctuations of liquid raw materials (such as humic acid solution, amino acid mother liquor) cause deviations when measured by volume.
