Description

The sand and gravel separation production line is a complete set of equipment system widely used in engineering fields such as construction, mining, water conservancy, and transportation. It is designed to remove impurities, grade and clean the raw materials containing mixed sand and gravel (such as concrete waste, mine tailings, construction debris, river sediment, etc.).
Its core function is to achieve two main goals through a continuous process of “pre-treatment – separation – purification – grading”: Firstly, it removes harmful impurities such as soil, dust, metal impurities, and wood chips from the sand and gravel, improving the cleanliness of the sand and gravel; Secondly, according to engineering requirements (such as construction sand, road crushed stones, etc.), it grades and screens the sand and gravel based on particle size differences, producing finished aggregate that meets industry standards. This production line is mainly composed of feeding equipment, separation equipment, cleaning equipment, conveying equipment, control system, etc.

(1) The feeding speed is too fast (exceeding the designed processing capacity of the production line, for example, the feeding volume of the 200t/h production line suddenly increases to 300t/h); (2) The materials are caking (due to excessively high moisture content, the sand and stones are glued together, forming mud blocks with a diameter greater than 100mm); (3) The gap between the equipment is too small (the distance between the conveyor belt and the hopper is less than 50mm, or the deflector plate at the discharge port of the screening machine is misaligned).
(1) The content of mud in the feed is too high (the moisture content of the raw material mud is greater than 15%), exceeding the processing capacity of the equipment; (2) The stirring speed of the separator is abnormal (too high causing material splashing, too low resulting in insufficient mixing); (3) The cleaning water flow is insufficient (the pump pressure is less than 0.3 MPa, or the spray head is blocked); (4) The mesh size of the screening net is misaligned (the interface between coarse and fine aggregates for screening is confused).
