Stranding Granulation Production Line

The organic fertilizer drum granulation production line is a dedicated complete system integrating multiple equipment such as raw material pretreatment, granulation, post-treatment (drying / cooling / screening), and finished product packaging, with the drum granulator as the core host. It is mainly used to process loose materials of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, kitchen waste, and biogas residue after harmless treatment (such as composting and deodorization) into organic fertilizer particles through wet granulation technology. The physical properties of the processed organic fertilizer particles are stable, convenient for storage, transportation, and field application. This production line mainly consists of a drum granulator, transmission system, spray device, hot air system, roller system, feeding system, discharging system, screening system, crushing system, coating system, conveying system, and packaging system.
