core principle
Taking the rotary cylinder type as an example: the slurry is atomized into 20-200 μ m droplets by a high-pressure pump/airflow, and sprayed onto the surface of the crystal seeds formed by the return material; Rapid heat exchange with hot air (80-120 ℃) causes droplets to lose water and adhere to the crystal seeds, resulting in a gradual increase in particle size; After screening, the fine powder is recycled and the qualified particles are discharged.
