Working Principle

1. The equipment moves along the compost pile (or the compost is conveyed to the working area of the equipment).

3. The rotating or moving chain plates insert into the compost pile, lift, turn and throw the organic materials.
4. During the turning process, the compost pile is loosened, and air is fully mixed into the materials to increase the oxygen content.
5. At the same time, the high-temperature materials inside the pile are turned to the surface, and the low-temperature materials on the surface are turned to the inside, realizing temperature balance and accelerating the decomposition of microorganisms.
