1. Material Feeding: Powdery raw materials (such as fertilizer powder, chemical powder) are uniformly fed into the gap between the two rollers through a feeding system.
2. Extrusion Shaping: The two rollers rotate in opposite directions at a certain speed. Under the action of high pressure, the powdery materials are compressed into dense flakes or strips.
3. Granule Formation: The compressed flakes/strips are sent to a crushing and screening system. After being crushed and screened, they form granules of uniform size that meet the requirements.
4. Finished Product Discharge: Qualified granules are discharged as finished products, while unqualified materials (too large or too small) are returned to the feeding system for reprocessing.
