What is a self-cleaning crusher?

Working principle of self-cleaning crusher

When a regular crusher crushes, fine and wet materials are prone to sticking to the inner wall of the sieve, causing blockage and a decrease in production.
The self-cleaning crusher chamber is equipped with a cleaning mechanism (cleaning hammer, cleaning rotor, reverse scraping device). While the grinding rotor rotates, the cleaning component continuously scrapes the inside of the screen, scraping off the material adhered to the screen and chamber wall. The material continues to be crushed, sieved and discharged, achieving automatic cleaning of the chamber during operation without stopping the machine to disassemble and clean the screen.
