The client has been operating in the fertilizer industry for many years and has cooperated with our company multiple times to explore and try new technologies for compound fertilizer production. They have also invested in new equipment to provide technical support for the development of the enterprise.

The compound fertilizer production line is divided into four mainstream processes, and the entire equipment consists of batching, crushing, mixing, granulation, drying and cooling, screening, coating, packaging, and dust removal. The core difference lies in the granulation host:

Roll extrusion granulation line (dry method)
The dry powder is directly extruded into granules without the need for water addition or drying, with low investment and energy consumption; Elliptical particles, suitable for small fertilizer factories.
Disc granulation line (small wet process)
The inclined disc is used to roll the material into round balls, which is cheap in equipment but has a small output. It needs to be matched with drying and cooling, making it suitable for small processing plants.

Drum steam granulation line (mainstream wet method)
Rollers and steam rollers are used to produce standard round pellets, with high production capacity and good fertilizer quality. They can produce various types of compound fertilizers, which are commonly used in large and medium-sized factories, and are equipped with drying and cooling equipment.
High tower melt granulation line (high-end urea based fertilizer)

Urea melt spraying, high-altitude air cooling forming, loose and easily soluble particles; The cost of construction and civil engineering is high, and it is only suitable for high nitrogen urea based compound fertilizers.
