The Chain plate compost turner is a specialized equipment for slot type organic fertilizer fermentation, which is used on the fermentation tank track. It relies on the chain plate toothed structure to excavate, lift, and throw materials backwards from the bottom of the material pile.
The equipment is mounted on the fermentation tank track and can move longitudinally. During operation, the hydraulic system lowers the rotating chain plate component and penetrates deep into the bottom of the material pile. The wear-resistant toothed knife on the chain plate excavates, lifts, and throws the material backwards to a high position, allowing the material to fully contact the air. After completing one line, the chain plate rises, the whole machine retreats and shifts laterally, completing the full slot flipping line by line.
Walking system: driven by a variable frequency motor, capable of longitudinal walking and lateral displacement, suitable for different slot widths.
Chain plate flipping and throwing component: composed of high-strength wear-resistant chain plates, pallets, and curved toothed knives, responsible for excavating, crushing, and throwing materials.

Straw, rice husk, mushroom residue, peanut shells, sugarcane bagasse, cottonseed hulls, garden dead branches and leaves, weeds, etc.
Industrial organic waste residue
Organic industrial waste residues such as traditional Chinese medicine residue, wine residue, vinegar residue, cassava residue, sugar residue, starch residue, and slaughter waste.
Municipal environmental sanitation solid waste
Urban household waste includes organic components, kitchen waste, green waste, and sludge (domestic sludge, river sludge).
